Margarita Muzzall is a dedicated leader with over 20 years of finance and business analysis experience in the seniors housing industry. She has served as Senior Vice President at PNC bank, running the balance sheet lending segment of the Seniors Housing team where she managed a $1.2 billion portfolio and closed $400 million in annual new financings nationwide. Prior to joining PNC, Margarita spent 3.5 years with GE Capital where she underwrote seniors housing financing transactions and managed a $500 million portfolio. Margarita is an alumna of the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care (NIC), Future Leaders Council, and ASHA’s Rising Leaders. Margarita sits on the executive board of Forrest Hills, a stand-alone non-profit seniors housing provider in Washington, DC. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance degree from George Mason University.
