AIIM Capital Corporation is led by President, David Cottrell. David started in commercial real estate finance in 1988. Prior to forming FCMP Capital Corporation in 1995, David was employed by an Oklahoma based mortgage company. He has sourced commercial mortgages for multifamily, seniors housing, hospitality (hotels), self-storage, and land assets. Additionally, he has extensive experience valuing performing and non-performing loans. David has arranged conventional debt from life insurance companies, banks, pensions funds, and agency lenders, just to name a few. He has also placed mezzanine debt and preferred equity. David’s expertise also includes equity investments from life companies, REITS, family offices, and accredited investors. David has been a licensed real estate broker in the states of Oklahoma and Georgia for over 20 years. He received a BBA Degree in Finance from The University of Oklahoma. He currently serves as Treasurer of Infant Crisis Services, which is an Oklahoma City based nonprofit organization.
